Professional Magician Luke Clough performing at ACT’s first ever summer celebration

I have just been confirmed to perform some close up magic this coming Sunday, 22nd June for ACT at their first ever summer celebration. This is going to be a truly amazing day with lots of stalls, entertainment and so much more going on.

Addenbrookes Charity Trust do a fantastic job to help make a difference for patients by raising extra funds to enhance services, facilities and research at Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie. Making use of the funds raised by ACT allows the hospitals to achieve some things sooner than it would otherwise have done and to invest in projects to a greater degree than NHS funds alone might have allowed. The charity supports the development of new facilities such as the Cambridge Breast Cancer Research Unit and the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment like the Da Vinci Robot for the treatment of prostate cancer, as well as day to day extras for departments across the hospitals where the need is greatest or most urgent. I’m sure you’ll agree this is a wonderful cause.

This Sunday is their first ever ‘Summer Celebration’ and I am proud to be able to assist them with their fundraising and attend their day. I’ll be mixing and mingling with their guests between 4.30pom and 6.00pm. The day itself however starts at 2.30pm and runs throughout the day until 8.00pm, and there will be food, refreshments and many other stalls around for you to enjoy.
